REUNION CROSSING
About REUNION CROSSING
Condos are starting in the high $300s
Urban towns start in the mid $600s
Introducing Reunion Crossing by Diamond Kilmar Developments. This exciting project consists of an 11 storey condo building and 96 urban towns. This is the first release of a 6 building multi-phased community sure to transform the neighbourhood. Condos are starting in the high $300s. Urban towns start in the mid $600s.
This neighbourhood has all the shopping, dining, and community spaces that make a neighbourhood a great place to live. Mom and pop shops fill the area but still leave room for new restaurants, cafes, and art galleries. The Junction, Stockyards, and Corso Italia are just a short walk away. Down the street is the community hub that is Artscape Wychwood Barns and some of the best Italian food and brunch cafes in the city. On top of all this, the TTC and St Clair Streetcar is right on your doorstep and the new GO hub just a few blocks west.
If you’re not familiar with the Stockyards District
here are just a few reasons why this is one of the most desirable neighbourhoods:
Stockyards Village Shopping Centre –
Major neighbourhood revitalization recently adding over 50 new shops and restaurants including some of the largest retailers
One of Toronto’s Top Neighbourhoods – Recently ranked as one of the most desirable neighbourhoods to live in Toronto by Blog TO
Gentrification – New transit, shops and restaurants have helped revitalize the neighbourhood, with price appreciation of 17% vs 7% for the rest of Toronto, and 3% for the GTA year-over-year
Positive Cash Flow – Incredibly strong condo rental market averaging 8.09% annual growth in the W02 district over the past 5 years
Affordable Family-Focused Spaces & Amenities: Many urbanites are finding it increasingly difficult to find affordable spaces to grow their families. Starting the mid $600s the urban towns are still well below average pricing for semi and detached homes in Toronto.
Transit Access: TTC Access at your doorstep (St Clair West Streetcar), Close to the Future Smart Track, 6 min to Dundas West Station

Why Reunion Crossing?
Location
Remediated from its past where it served as a decommissioned City Works yard, Reunion Crossing hasn’t really been a part of any residential neighbourhood. And yet, this real estate development finds itself on the upward swing as multiple infrastructure initiatives have signalled their intention to make this area fully-public transit compliant, making this an ideal place for just about any commuter.
This neighbourhood is currently served by a number of TTC public transit routes that include the venerable 512 streetcar line that will bring commuters to St Clair West Station in 24 minutes and over to the Yonge Street subway in 31 minutes. Meanwhile, a 14 minute-long bus ride will take condo residents to Dundas West TTC Station and the adjacent Bloor GO Train Station. These great transit services culminate to give this area a high Transit Score of 81, signifying that transit is convenient for most trips and that getting downtown is no longer a chore.
Location Amenities
Nearby stores located along St Clair Avenue West and Keele Street include a number of boutique restaurants and eateries, banks, beauty shops, the LCBO, beer stores, and coffee shops. And, after a short 7 minute walk, locals can reach a large retail area filled with big brand stores like Best Buy, Canadian Tire, and The Home Depot. Local grocery stores include Tavora Foods and Loblaws. Further away, the Galleria Shopping Centre offers more retail options as do neighbouring Roncesvalle Village and Corso Italia to the east with its numerous cafes, bakeries and gelaterias.
Schools found in close proximity include Charles Sauriol Elementary School, Harwood Public school, Rockcliffe Middle school, and George Harvey Collegiate Institute. Runnymede Healthcare Centre is located to the south, while local parks in the vicinity include Maple Claire Park, Wadsworth Park, and Earlscourt Park. Skating facilities are offered at Giovanni Caboto Rink, while residents will also find nearby facilities for rock climbing and axe throwing.
Transit
When completed in 2021, the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit will provide service to the Mount Dennis area to the north, accessible to locals with an 18 minute-long bus ride. Not only that, a future GO train station will be built at the nearby corner of St Clair and Keele and provide service to the Kitchener and Barrie lines. And, as if that wasn’t enough, the SmartTrack municipal initiative has named St Clair and Weston Road as one of its stops on a potential city-wide express commuter system.
