This complex will consist of three mixed-use towers that will be known as the Grand Central Mimico Master-Planned Community. This development will sit at 23 Buckingham Street, south-east of Royal York Road and the Gardiner Expressway, just steps from Mimico GO Station.

Grand Central Mimico will be an established master-planned community that will bring spacious and modern residential suites and commercial/retail space to the area. This development will consist of three towers, Tower A will rise 39-storeys high, Tower B will rise 24-storeys and Tower C will rise 12-storeys. These buildings will be connected by a shared 4-storey podium and will provide a total of 724 residential units. There will be a unit mix of 371 – one bedroom units, 281 – two bedrooms and 72 three bedrooms.

The Grand Central Mimico Condos first tower will be known as The Buckingham Condos. This will be the first phase of the complex and is expected to include 373 residential units. We can expect over 5,100 square-feet of retail space on the ground floor of this development and over 27,000 square-feet of office and commercial-related space on the second floor and fourth floor.

The second and third tower, Tower B & C, will be built as part of the second phase of this master-planned community. Both towers will provide 351 residential units and will also have retail space on the ground level with over 16,000 square-feet of space between both buildings.

The Grand Central Mimico Condos will be 350 metres north-east of Mimico GO Station. Future residents can walk there in less than 5 minutes. This station runs on the Lakeshore West Line and can take commuters to Union Station in just 15 minutes. This corridor recently underwent an expansion project in which it added more track and trains to allow commuters to get to their destinations quicker.

Now, commuters can travel two-ways with all day service with trains running as frequently as every 15 minutes and every 5 minutes during peak times.

This area is becoming an excellent investment opportunity as it is undergoing reinvestment expansion projects.
