Avia Condos is the newest condominium building in the renowned Parkside Village Community.

This community spans 30 acres and 11 Blocks located at Confederation Parkway and Burnhamthorpe.

This development as a whole includes 15 high-rises 12 mid-rise building and 10 low rises.
